A lot has changed since their initial website design in 2012. Their point of sale system wasn't communicating with their website, causing some stock discrepancies between the online and physical stores.
There were thousands of products in the old inventory system and website. The inventory and digital products needed a new virtual home.

A fresh new website design and point of sale system was implemented, allowing staff to manage their product inventory and sales with ease.
All product data was migrated from the old inventory system to the new point of sale system. When a product is ready to be sold online, it is simply pushed from the inventory system directly to the website with a click of a button. If a customer orders a product in store or online, all stock levels and details are synced up automatically to avoid stock level discrepancy and manual administration time. A full view of the customer is available whether they've purchased in-store, online, or both.
