PicMonkey Transparency Problem Solved
March 05, 2013 at 1:08 PM
Some clients were facing issues when saving transparent images in PicMonkey. This issue has been fixed... If their website had a background colour other than white, and they attempted to save transparent images (for example, images with rounded corners) the images would sometimes create backgrounds rather than transparent images.
Our developers have got to work with PicMonkey's API and resolved the issue. No more need for work-arounds. Aren't cloud upgrades neat?
