Setting Up Email in Windows Mail

Checking Email Using Windows Mail

To setup your account in Windows Mail, in Windows Mail go to:

1) Tools
2) Accounts
3) Add, Email Account
4) Display name: Your Name
5) Email address: name@yourdomain
6) Select Pop3, and type in the following information:

Incoming mail server (Pop3):
Outgoing mail server if you ARE with Xtra (SMTP):
Outgoing mail server if you are NOT with Xtra (SMTP):
Account username name@yourdomain (note, your FULL email address)
Password: yourpassword

7) Click Finish
