In order to set up your email account in your email client, the account first needs to be created on the server.  This should have already been done during your first design consultation with your project manager, but if you'd like to create a new email address, you can create an email account on the server now.
 
Checking Email Using Entourage

To setup your account in Entourage, in Entourage go to:

1) Tools
2) Accounts
3) New, Mail
4) Your Name : Your Name
5) Email address: name@yourdomain
6) Select Pop, and type in the following information:

Incoming mail server (Pop3): mail.123online.co.nz
Outgoing mail server if you ARE with Xtra (SMTP): smtp.xtra.co.nz
Outgoing mail server if you are NOT with Xtra (SMTP): mail.123online.co.nz

7) Account ID: name@yourdomain (note, your FULL email address)
Password: yourpassword

7)  Click Finish
