My name’s Justin Lanigan. I take care of the sales and marketing side of things at 123 Online, and I’ll be involved in the initial steps of helping you select the template that best suits your businesses needs. I’ll also be there to outline the quick and easy process of getting your high quality website online.

As with any first point of contact in a business relationship, I think it’s important for you to be able to put a face and a person to a name, so that you genuinely feel comfortable doing business with them.

I, like my fellow Director John, grew up on the North Shore of Auckland. After graduating from college, I began work as a Real Estate Agent in my local community. Through Real Estate Sales, I quickly became aware of the importance of providing an unparalleled level of professional service to my clients. I’m sure that you, like me, realised early on that the key to a successful business is based on meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations, leading to repeat business and word of mouth referrals.

This commitment to outstanding service led my partners and I to place third nationally in sales for the company in 2005.

As a result of this, I was head hunted by APN Media (NZ Herald/Radio Network etc) to grow their Billboard and Bus advertising business. In this business I dealt solely with small to medium sized clients, many of whom had not used outdoor advertising before. I became aware of the importance of being able to help clients understand new concepts and processes – processes that they weren’t currently using that could actually grow their business.

I grew to understand that the first step in providing great service to a new client is to really find out about their business, their objectives, and how our services could help them achieve their goals.

John and I had discussed the idea of me coming on-board with 123 Online while I travelled abroad around Asia. After heading home, he took me right through the concept, and it all fit. It’s important to me to be involved with a product or service that you sincerely believe in. The idea of being able to provide small to medium business owners with an easy, affordable way to get high quality website really excited me.
